Arab Elementary School Receives Cash Award for Test Score Improvements   Arab City Schools Foundation Awards Grants to Teachers

Many Schools Improve Student Achievement

 

   

The Arab City Schools Foundation awarded over $8600 in grants to teachers for the 2006-2007 school year.  The awards were given at the Chamber of Commerce Early Morning Coffee on Wednesday, November 1, 2006.  Receiving grants were, Sharon Tate, Jana Gibbs, Layla Kinney, Wendi Wright, Jennifer Manning, Nancy Wood, Becky Palys, Kay Swisher, Kelly Scarbrough, Lori Bishop, Abbie Thomas, Dana Smalley, All 3rd Grade Teachers, Sheila Holland, Staci Pace, Sandra Nesmith, Kirsten Ferguson, Misty Dyar, Carrie Hill, April Mann, Holly Baggett, Jackie Smalley, Ashley Scott, Tim Brothers, Tiffany Brooks and Claudette Smith.
