Dear Parent/Guardian,
Arab City Schools is developing a plan to safely open schools in August. We love our students and are looking forward to having them back on our campuses. There is no replacement for in-person instruction, however we understand that may not be possible for all students during this time. In order to meet the needs of students who have the desire or need to avoid large crowds, our plan will include an additional instructional model. The two options are defined as follows:
Traditional K-12 Model: The traditional K-12 model is defined as a traditional learning environment in which Arab City School students attend classes on campus for face-to-face instruction.
Virtual-Only K-12 Model: The K-12 virtual learning model is defined as a virtual-only platform provided by the Alabama State Department of Education. Students who have the desire or need to avoid large crowds may participate in this non-traditional learning environment. This virtual learning model will be provided through the "Schoology" learning management system and will look different from the distance learning model ACS used in the spring.
Please complete this survey at the link below in order to provide important preliminary information. Your response does not obligate you to either instructional model. We ask that you complete this survey by Friday, June 26th.

Third Nine Weeks progress reports go home on Wednesday, February 12th.

Arab Primary School will hold Parent/Teacher Conferences on January 20th from 3:30pm to 6:00pm. Please contact your child's teacher if you would like to schedule a conference.

Yearbooks will be on sale ONLINE ONLY from November 1st - January 17th. The cost is $25. Yearbooks will be deliverd to Arab Primary in May.
