    The Arab City Schools Curriculum Program maintains high expectations for all students and teachers. Curriculum goals and objectives are aligned with state and national standards. Research based resources and materials are used to supplement best practices by Highly Qualified teachers.

It shall be the policy of the Board that the School District shall provide on a nondiscriminatory basis, equal educational opportunities for students. No student shall be denied the benefits of any educational program or activity on the basis of race, ethnicity, disability, ability, creed, national origin, religion, or gender. All programs offered by schools within the School District shall be open to all students. Equal access will be granted to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups consistent with statutory and judicial requirements. The School District may condition access and/or the privilege to participate in certain events and/or activities on the students and parents/guardians executing required waivers and hold harmless agreements which, in the event of accident or injury, would indemnify and hold harmless the School District and its employees harmless from any and all liabilities or claims made by individuals or entities as a result of a students’ participation in a given event.
