Mr. Andrew McCombs

My name is Charles "Andrew" McCombs II. I am originally from Florence, AL and I went to Wilson High School. After graduating in 2009, I played baseball for the two years. I attended Snead State Community College in Boaz, AL and then chose to attend the University of Alabama in pursuit of a teaching career.

I accepted my first job at Arab High School in June of 2014, where I still teach World History and coach baseball. In 2016, I married Mallory Gutierrez McCombs, an ELA teacher at Arab Elementary School. We live in Arab and attend Sweet Home Baptist Church, where I serve as Minister of Music.

Simply put, I am a Christian, a husband, an educator, a coach, and a worship leader. In my free time I enjoy spending time and traveling with my wife and our family, watching or playing almost any sport (especially baseball and golf), and playing music (piano).
