I graduated from Arab High School in 1994.  I became a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher in 1999 after working in retail management.  I have thoroughly enjoyed the last 20 years as a Foods and Fashion teacher, and I'm so proud to be the advisor of Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America. AHS holds many state titles and our first ever State President, Anna Frances.

I have been married to Wesley Cantrell for over 20 years and we have two children:  Claire and Cohen.  Wesley is one of the owners of Ameritek in Guntersville. Claire is very active in dance, baton, and art. She competes statewide and nationally with Dana's Dance and is President of 4-H, where she holds 2 regional titles. Cohen is our athlete and loves participating in baseball, basketball, swim, soccer, football, and wrestling. Both love school academically and socially.  I love traveling, watching Alabama football, extreme sports and always cheering on my kids and our Knights.

I love teaching at Arab High School and feel so proud to be a part of this great school and our accomplishments!
