Mrs. Heather Pettit, BSN RN

My pride for Arab High School began many years ago as a student. I graduated from Arab High School in 2007. While in high school, I was actively involved in the Health Science program and HOSA. My career at Arab High School began in 2012 as the school nurse. In 2014, I had the honor of stepping into the classroom as a Health Science instructor. I currently teach Advanced Health Science Internship, Certified Patient Care Technician, Foundations of Health Science, and Sports Medicine.

My husband, Nick, and I have a toddler son named Nate. We enjoy spending time together making memories as a family. We especially love summertime fun on our boat and vacationing. I'm actively involved in my church, where I serve as the worship leader.

It's an honor to be teaching the program which impacted my life greatly at my alma mater. It is my goal to create meaningful relationships with my students while preparing each of them to be college and career ready. Please feel free to contact me with any needs or concerns.
