Mr. Jim Embry

I taught United States History and Advanced Placement U.S. History at Guntersville High School for 29 years. I have been teaching at Arab High School since 2017. I am married to Lisa and we have three children: Jonathan, Sarah and Kaitlyn.

I currently teach U.S. History at Arab High School.

It shall be the policy of the Board that the School District shall provide on a nondiscriminatory basis, equal educational opportunities for students. The School District may condition access and/or the privilege to participate in certain events and/or activities on the students and parents/guardians executing required waivers and hold harmless agreements which, in the event of accident or injury, would indemnify and hold harmless the School District and its employees harmless from any and all liabilities or claims made by individuals or entities as a result of a students’ participation in a given event.
