Ms. Kim Benefield

I have been teaching English since 2004. I have taught in Shelby County, AL, and Hartselle, AL. I now live and teach in Arab and love it. I have two children, Rhett and Lily. In my spare time, I love reading, watching Alabama football, and traveling.

I currently teach 10th and 11th grade English at Arab High School.

It shall be the policy of the Board that the School District shall provide on a nondiscriminatory basis, equal educational opportunities for students. All programs offered by schools within the School District shall be open to all students. The School District may condition access and/or the privilege to participate in certain events and/or activities on the students and parents/guardians executing required waivers and hold harmless agreements which, in the event of accident or injury, would indemnify and hold harmless the School District and its employees harmless from any and all liabilities or claims made by individuals or entities as a result of a students’ participation in a given event.
