I am thrilled to be a third grade math and science teacher here at Arab Elementary School this year!  I have been teaching for 13 years and this is my 7th year with Arab City Schools. My husband and I moved here with our family from Athens, AL, in 2011.  I have been married to my husband, Chad, for 13 years and we have 3 awesome children. Our oldest son, Kellan, is 11 and in 5th grade this year. Our middle son, Calder, is 7 years old and in 1st grade.  Our youngest, Isla, is 3 years old and attends Gilliam Springs CDC here in Arab. We are active members at Arab First Baptist Church. I absolutely love living and teaching in Arab!

My family stays very busy with sports and church activities.  Our boys play baseball, basketball, and football and our daughter just started gymnastics and loves it!  In my free time, I love to read and run.

I was born and raised in Fayetteville, TN, and graduated from Lincoln County High School in 2002.  I attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville and Athens State University. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education in 2006 and have been teaching ever since!  

I feel so blessed to be able to do something that has such an impact on others.  Teaching is an honor and I am so happy that I get to share your children each day!
