Welcome! My name is Lauren Squires and I am in my 6th year of teaching. I graduated from Auburn University in December 2012. After graduating, I returned to Arab to fufill a maternity leave in kindergarten. I was then hired as a first grade teacher the following year. After getting married, I moved back to Auburn while my husband finished school, and worked in Tallapoosa County for three years teaching 5th grade math. In 2017, we moved back home to Arab and I began teaching 5th grade here at AES. This is my first year in 4th grade, and I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of this team! 

I am married to Chris Squires. We are expecting our first child in February!
