Mrs. Sammi Kirkland

I am a 1995 graduate of Arab High School. I have a degree in Athletic Training, Health and Physical Education. I graduated from the University of North Alabama. I am married with 2 children, Callie and Ty. I taught Physical Education for several years at Albertville Middle School. I also attend Gilliam Springs Baptist Church.

I am the Certified Athletic Trainer for the system. I have been a practising athletic Trainer for 20 years. I teach Health and Sports Medicine Classes at AHS.

It shall be the policy of the Board that the School District shall provide on a nondiscriminatory basis, equal educational opportunities for students. The School District may condition access and/or the privilege to participate in certain events and/or activities on the students and parents/guardians executing required waivers and hold harmless agreements which, in the event of accident or injury, would indemnify and hold harmless the School District and its employees harmless from any and all liabilities or claims made by individuals or entities as a result of a students’ participation in a given event.
