Dr. Brad Stapler

I was born and raised in Birdsong, Alabama, which is located between Fairview and Baileyton. I graduated from Fairview High School in 1996.  After graduation, I attended Wallace State and Snead State while working at Therapy Plus, affiliated with Marshall Medical Centers. After completing my prerequisites, I moved to Jacksonville, Alabama, where I received my education degree from Jacksonville State University. I love the Gamecocks and have advanced my degrees from this wonderful University.

My first job in education was at Cotaco School in the Morgan County School System. I served as a teacher and coach for 9 years prior to becoming the Principal at Cotaco School. Having the opportunity to serve in this role provided me with a new journey option and that was to serve as the Principal of A. P Brewer High School. I absolutely loved the 15 years that I was blessed to serve in the Morgan County School System. I am currently the Career Tech Director for the Arab City School System. I also serve as the Assistant Principal at the High School. I am so grateful to work with amazing administrators, teachers, support staff, and most of all students. WE are blessed with amazing kids!

I am married to Emily Stapler, who is also a teacher and coach with the Arab City School System. We have two daughters, Julie Kate, and Jillian Faith. I absolutely adore my girls and Thankful that God has allowed us to be in the same school system. As a family, we enjoy our dogs, sports, exercise, attending our Church and a little Deer Hunting. I love our Arab community and will strive to build relationships and help our students make connections that will provide guidance in their career path.
