I graduated from Rockmart High School in 2011. After graduating high school, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Biology at Shorter University in 2015 in Rome, Georgia. I moved to Alabama six months after graduating from college. I began working at the Department of Human Resources and at an optometry office. It was then that I realized I had not lost my love for science and returned to school to earn my Master’s degree in Secondary Education. Before moving to Arab, I taught at Ranburne High School in Ranburne , Alabama. I got married to Dustin Pruitt this summer and moved to this area. I am very excited to be a part of the Arab family!
