Dr. Erica Rutherford
Hello! My name is Erica Rutherford and I am the Assistant Principal here at Arab Elementary School. Prior to working in Arab, I taught at Cullman City Schools where I spent six years as a Kindergarten teacher, three years as a Reading Coach, and one year as a Curriculum Coordinator. I am originally from Cullman and graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). I am a National Board Certified teacher specializing in Early to Middle Childhood Literacy. When I am not helping support students at school, I enjoy reading, traveling, and playing outside with my dog, Finn.
