Title I after-school tutoring may be provided if the Title I budget permits and the need to serve a group of students with after-school intervention exists.
Tutoring groups will be no larger than 8-10 students per class.
Students are invited to tutoring based on informal/formal assessment data and teacher referral.
Reading and math tutoring will last approximately one hour.
Progress reports for tutoring will be sent home in report cards each grading period.
Students may bring a snack and/or water for tutoring.
Attendance guidelines will follow school procedures. Please make plans for your child to attend unless he/she is absent from school that day.
If school is dismissed due to inclement weather there will be no tutoring class. Please listen to WRAB 1380 am or 92.7 fm radio if severe weather threatens.
Arab Primary School Tutoring
1st and 2nd grade reading tutoring will be two days a week.
Pick-up will be at the front of the school.
Arab Elementary
School Tutoring
3rd-5th grade math tutoring will be two days a week.
